Managing Team Permissions

Learn how to set up user roles, control access to sensitive data, and manage your team effectively.

Understanding permission levels

Compliance Cover offers four permission levels: Admin, Manager, Viewer, and Supplier. Each level has different access rights and capabilities.

Inviting team members

Navigate to Settings > Team and click 'Invite User'. Enter their email and select their role.

Assigning module access

Control which modules each user can access. You can restrict access to sensitive areas like DBS checks or supplier data.

Managing existing users

Review and update user permissions at any time. Revoke access immediately when someone leaves.
